Peter A. Milwid was admitted to the State bar of California in 1981 and the State Bar of Colorado and the United States District Court in 1982.  He practiced natural resource, water, real estate, municipal and development law in Glenwood Springs, Colorado with the firm of Leavenworth , Lochhead and Milwid, P.C. until 1987.

In 1987, Mr. Milwid moved to Denver and began practicing bankruptcy law.  Also in 1987, Mr. Milwid teamed up with C. William Schlosser, Jr. to form Milwid & Schlosser P.C. and has been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively ever since.

Mr. Milwid is committed to helping individuals and small businesses obtain debt relief through the receipt of a bankruptcy discharge order cancelling debts forever.  Many clients have received their fresh start with the courteous professional help that Mr. Milwid and his team provide.
